Application Process and approval
We discuss your needs and the obstacles you are facing. We develop a custom plan with each client to help them work towards being in a position to obtain mortgage eligibility.
Shop for the home of your choice
The program allows you to shop with a realtor on our team for the home you would like to buy. Why wouldn't you have a choice in the home you will work towards buying.
We buy the home and you move in
We take care of the purchase of the home upfront for you. A lease is signed along with a option to purchase contract.
